Can I use AI without breaching client confidentiality?
Kelven is built for exactly this. Client names, matter references, addresses and figures are replaced with stand-ins on your own device before anything is sent, so the outside AI company never receives identifying client information. Your real details are restored in the answer on your screen.
Does the AI company see my client's name?
No. Names and other identifiers are swapped out before the request leaves your device, and the request arrives from Kelven's connection rather than your firm's, so nothing ties the question to you or your client.
Is our work product used to train AI models?
No. Kelven does not sell anything about you and does not allow your work to be used for advertising profiles. What Kelven remembers for you is yours to read, edit or delete, and some of it can stay only on your device.
Can the firm enforce rules across everyone?
Yes. On the team and enterprise plans an administrator sets rules that apply on every device before every message. Those rules can only add protection, and no individual can turn them down.
Does this replace legal advice or review?
No. Kelven drafts, summarises, compares and researches. A qualified lawyer still reviews the output and remains responsible for it.
