Terms of Service

Kelven is the trading name of Kelven, a sole proprietorship based in the United States ("Kelven", "we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms, which form an agreement between you and Kelven. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Kelven is an intelligence layer between you and AI models. It chooses a model for each request, applies your privacy rules before anything is sent, and keeps your memory and preferences with you rather than inside any one AI product.

Kelven sends requests to third-party AI providers on your behalf. Answers come from those models, and Kelven does not guarantee that an answer is accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose. Check anything consequential.

• You need an account to use Kelven, and you must give accurate sign-in details.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything an application you connect does with the access you grant it.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
• You can sign out of every device, download your data, or erase your account at any time from Your account inside Kelven.

Don't use Kelven to:

• break the law, or infringe someone else's rights
• attack, overload or probe Kelven or the providers it reaches
• resell access, or route someone else's traffic through your account without telling us
• generate material that sexually exploits children, incites violence, or is designed to defraud or impersonate people
• circumvent the privacy, approval or rate controls built into the product

Kelven applies rate limits to protect the service. Sustained abuse can lead to suspension.

• Free, Pro and Power are monthly consumer plans. Each plan includes a monthly request allowance; when it runs out, Kelven pauses and offers you an upgrade until the next month begins.
• Upgrades take effect immediately. Cancellations and downgrades take effect at the end of the period you've already paid for — you keep access until then.
• Developer, API and MCP usage is billed on what you use.
• Enterprise agreements are billed annually. AI model usage is charged in addition to the platform fee and is not unlimited.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
• Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
• We don't see or store your card details.

What you write, upload and save stays yours. You grant Kelven only the permission it needs to run the service for you: to process a request, to apply your privacy rules, and to store the memory you asked it to keep. Kelven does not sell your content, and does not use it to train models.

When Kelven sends a request to a model provider, that provider's own terms apply to that request. Where a mode protects a value on your device, the provider receives a placeholder rather than the real thing. When you connect an application through the MCP gateway, you decide what it may read, and you can revoke it whenever you like.

Kelven is under active development. Features can change, and some capabilities described on this site are planned rather than available; where that is the case we say so. The service is provided as-is, without a warranty of uninterrupted availability, except where an Enterprise agreement says otherwise in writing.

To the extent the law allows, Kelven is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using Kelven and erase your account at any time. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or where we're required to. If we end your account without cause, we refund the unused part of a period you've paid for.
